
What is the EXPRESSfit Fitting System?
The EXPRESSfit Fitting System is the software used to program all Listen Up India' hearing aids.
Basic Features:
- NOAH or Standalone versions available.
- Support for HI-PRO, NOAHlink, and EXPRESSlink programming interfaces.
- Intuitive equalizer interface makes adjusting fittings easy.
- Unique fitting tools to adjust fittings for real world listening situations.
EXPRESSfit Networking Installation
Steps to Configure a Network Server for EXPRESSfit ®:
- Open the SQL Server Configuration Manager application: Start > Programs > Microsoft SQL Server 2005 >
Configuration Tools > SQL Server Configuration Manager. This application was installed as part of the EXPRESSfit® Standalone Network Server installation.
- In the list on the left side of the screen, select "SQL Server 2005 Services".
- In the list on the right side of the screen, make sure the state of the "SQL Server Browser" is listed as "Running".
- If the state is "Stopped", do the following:
- Double-click the "SQL Server Browser" item.
- Click the "Service" tab.
- Set the "Start Mode" property to "Automatic".
- Click OK.
- Right-click the "SQL Server Browser" item and select "Start".
- In the list on the left side of the screen, select "SQL Server 2005 Network Configuration".
- In the list on the right side of the screen, double-click "Protocols for SONICI".
- Right-click the "Named Pipes" item and select "Enable". Click "OK" in the Warning screen that appears.
- Right-click the "TCP/IP" item and select "Enable". Click "OK" in the Warning screen that appears.
- In the list on the left side of the screen, select "SQL Native Client Configuration".
- In the list on the right side of the screen, double-click "Client Protocols".
- Right-click the "TCP/IP" item and select "Enable".
- Right-click the "Named Pipes" item and select "Enable".
- In the list on the left side of the screen, select "SQL Server 2005 Services".
- In the list on the right side of the screen, right-click "SQL Server (SONICI)" and select "Restart".
- Close the SQL Server Configuration Manager application.
Notes:
Additional configuration may be needed if the Network Server is protected by a Firewall. For additional
