• Lost hearing aid claim should be accompanied by valid FIR copy
• Damage hearing aid should be produced at time of replacement
• Lost/ damage claim to be permitted once only
• Privilege card is property of Listenup India & any misrepresentation will not be entertained
• Company reserves right to alter terms & conditions at its discretion
• Any dispute arises is subject to jurisdiction of Delhi court only
