Damage hearing aid should be produced at time of replacement
Lost/ damage claim to be permitted once only
Privilege card is property of Listenup India & any misrepresentation will not be entertained
Company reserves right to alter terms & conditions at its discretion
Any dispute arises is subject to jurisdiction of Delhi court only
